This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and mobile application (together, the "Services").

Login and verification data, including one-time passcodes (OTP) sent for authentication.
Booking and rental history, including equipment hired, dates, and locations.
Payment information, processed securely by our third-party payment providers.
Device identifiers, including push-notification tokens used to deliver booking updates to your device.
Equipment and account documents you choose to upload, such as driver licence files.

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account.
To process equipment rentals, bookings, and payments.
To send booking confirmations, updates, and OTP verification codes.
To provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
To improve our Services and monitor performance and security.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors and SMS/OTP providers) solely to operate our Services, and where required by law.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

6. Delete your account and data

In the FusionHire app, open Profile and choose Request account deletion. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify that you own the account.

We will hold the request while an active hire, recurring billing plan, or unresolved payment authorisation needs to be completed. Once those commitments are resolved, we remove your profile details, uploaded customer documents, saved payment details, push-notification registrations, and authentication credentials. Booking, payment, invoice, and accounting records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes; we redact or anonymise personal details in operational records where possible.
